Política de reembolso
If your item isn’t fitting right, we would be more than happy to exchange it. The returns are refunded only via store credit, we will NOT return money. The credit in store will be valid for 30 days. Bee You Boutique doesn’t issue store credit for the shipping charge.
Bee You Boutique doesn’t accept the following clothing and items:
- Accessories and jewelry have no change, they are Final Sale.
- Items on sale, clearance or final sale can’t be returned, exchange or receive a store credit.
- White Clothes & body suits are final sale.
Returns must be in perfect conditions and meet the following requirements:
- Return must be in their original form (not worn, altered, washed) and include the original packaging with all the tags and label attached.
- You have 7 days to make a change with your shopping receipt. Past this day we won't receive the merchandise.
- Items return with makeup, product stains, smoke, cigarette smell or deodorant will be refused and can’t be exchange.
- Shipping cost will not be refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Returned items are your responsibility until we receive it, please keep your proof of postage and Tracking Number.
- Once the item is received and review, we’ll email you letting you know when we make the exchange and when will be shipped or receive de store credit.
- If you receive a wrong item or a faulty item, communicate with us within 7 days of the delivered date. Please include pictures of the damage or defect in the email.
Important
If we notice an unusual pattern of return activity and we suspect that someone is wearing their purchases and then returning the item or the returned item don’t match what you ordered, we reserve our right to refuse any return.
