Shipping Policy
Please allow 2 to 4 hours for processing time. Order will be shipped Mondays thru Fridays, excluding holidays. All order will be shipped via USPS.
Tracking Your Order
We will send you a shipping notification via email once your order is dispatched and the tracking number will be included. Please always verify your spam folder. We are not responsible for shipping delays.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Bee You Boutique is NOT responsible if a package is not deliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. It is important that you make sure to enter the correct shipping address and details at checkout. If you realize that you make a mistake, email us or contact us as soon as possible explaining the mistake, please understand that if the package was already shipped, we are unable to change de address. The client will be responsible for paying the delivery costs.
Delivered but Not Received
If the tracking information says that the packaged is delivered to your address but you haven’t received your order, please contact the shipping carrier for information a detail. We are NOT responsible for packages that are delivered but not received.
It is important that you don’t miss a delivery. Every client is responsible for shipping fees and re-deliveries. It is important that you know that refused or missed deliveries won’t be able to get a store credit.
